We are a premier Digital Marketing Agency servicing the North American market and are searching for a high-potential Bilingual Business Development Specialist to drive our commercial expansion from our Interlomas/Huixquilucan headquarters.

Your Core Mission and Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Acquisition: Confidently establish rapport and secure B2B contracts with international clients, focusing primarily on the U.S. market and achieving assigned quotas.
Lead Management & Qualification: Effectively qualify and manage commercial opportunities generated through both inbound and outbound channels.
Value Presentation: Deliver compelling, professional presentations of our Digital Marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.), clearly articulating the value proposition and projected ROI.
Sales Administration: Prepare comprehensive proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure diligent contract closure.
Collaboration: Actively contribute to sales strategy development, aligning efforts with the marketing team.
Reporting: Provide precise weekly reports detailing sales KPIs, activities, and conversion rates.
Mandatory Candidate Profile:
Language Proficiency (CRITICAL): Advanced Business Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is essential for high-level negotiation and client communication with U.S. accounts.
Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of documented experience in B2B sales, Business Development, or a quota-carrying Account Management role.
Technical Preference (A PLUS): Prior conceptual knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO/SEM, online advertising, Social Media strategy).
Soft Skills: Must possess strong resilience, high drive, self-motivation, exceptional negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Licenciatura) or equivalent professional experience.
Logistics: Must be able to easily commute to the Interlomas area for on-site work (Huixquilucan, State of Mexico).
Schedule and Work Model:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US time zone alignment).
Work Model: Hybrid (Primary on-site presence in Interlomas, with remote work flexibility on Fridays based on performance).
